U.S. brokers ceasefire between Armenia and Azerbaijan

I have been closely monitoring the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Today, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced that the U.S. has brokered a ceasefire between the two nations, effective at 9:00 PM PST tonight. I am hopeful this ceasefire will bring an end to the unacceptable, belligerent actions taken by Azerbaijan and Turkey against Armenia.
